New air link between Bilbao and Prague

From 1st July this year Czech Airlines will be operating a new flight between Bilbao and Prague airports. The link between Loiu (Bilbao) and Vaclav Havel international airport in Prague is to be operated throughout the summer at least, with flights to the Czech Republic on Mondays and Fridays and to Bilbao on Thursdays and Sundays. As well as providing a direct flight, Czech Airlines is in fact partly owned by Korean Air, which means that Prague airport, now connected with Bilbao, is the gateway to Europe for travellers from the Far East, as it has a daily return flight to Seoul. Czech Airlines will be operating the new service with an Airbus 319 aircraft with room for 144 passengers.
