The restaurant at the Hotel Castillo El Collado is located in an enchanting castle dating from the early twentieth century, from where diners can enjoy the landscape of Rioja Alavesa and views of the extensive backdrop of vineyards and wineries in the region.
Diners can enjoy dinner and lunch in pleasant, intimate surroundings, fused with the magic of the service provided by their chef Javier and backed up by the excellent cuisine on offer.
The restaurant has three dining rooms of exceptional beauty, decorated with Arabic style ancient pottery and coffered ceilings of great value in terms of its craftsmanship. Amongst its rooms, there is a spacious and comfortable tavern-cellar, where diners can sample the traditional cuisine and have after-dinner drinks in the spacious bar with views and a terrace overlooking the promenade in the town.
